A 21 year old male presents to the emergency department with sever anemia and haemoglobin levels of 5 gm/dl. He gives a history of similar presentation in the past which wave adequately managed by a single blood transfusion. He has not required any further blood transfusions till date. C. Thalassemia intermedia
